Buying in Virginia Beach
Sorry these folks didn't get a chance to buy a house at auction, but at least they don't have to deal with prices in Los Angeles.
Anyways back to reality.. we went to bid on the foreclosure today and it was canceled at the last hour before the freakin auction.. how disapointing. Seriously it is impossible to find a decent house in virginia beach right now. I don't have 250K to spend. What are families like ours supposed to do? Anyways we have decided to wait it out and look at possible houses but plan on trying to rent in a good school district when AJ starts school in september.
