Panama City Beach, also called as the “Redneck Riviera”, offers many leisure activities. This include golf, shopping, nightlife, water sports, fine dining, tennis, excursions, cruising, diving, fishing, and boating. A guest can also enjoy the place’s several attractions that include the Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Water Park, St. Andrews State Park, Junior Museum of Bay County, and the Gulf World Marine Park. In 1995, Panama City Beach was judged as the number one beach in the United States by Dr. Stephen Leatherman - a very respected beach critic.
