Thailand Bound
Another week long holiday is upon us, and China is on the verge of turning into its typical vacation-mode catastrophic self. So I’ll once again be heading for the blazing heat and cheap beaches of Thailand, this time with several friends on the island Koh Phi Phi. Catch you next week.

A Nude Thing
Trying something nude!
And who knows … maybe I’ll make another goal, by visiting the nude beach tomorrow and enjoying the sun. Just the problem with being nude? There’s so much more skin to burn! :)

Kayak Fishing
Some good tips on kayakKayak fishing puts all these problems behind you. OK the cost of buying the gear required to go Kayak fishing is quite high. I reckon its cost me about £550 give or take. Compare this to a days Charter fishing at approx £45 that’s 12 trips and my Kayak is paid for, considering these modern Kayaks can last upto 16 years that’s a pretty fair investment in my eyes.

Caribbean Cruise Review
Nothing worse than a Caribbean port call with no beaches.
That’s when I discovered another thing I didn’t like about the port at Costa Maya. There was no beach – just sharp rocks. We could swim in a pool – but what’s the point of going to Mexico if you have to swim in a pool? I could see some beaches further along, but we couldn’t get past a wall that enclosed the whole area. Guess we would have to walk out, get a cab and somehow hope to find a non-private beach. No way we were going to do that. Also, it started raining just as Ronnie and Reid decided to swim in the pool, so we headed back to the ship, somewhat disappointed.

Honeymoon Tour
From a honeymoon trip, a stop along the Columbia River to watch windsurfers.
I really enjoyed this section of the drive. I spent a big part of my childhood kicking around Hood River, Oregon. I have family there, and we spent a lot of time windsurfing on the Columbia during the summers of my Highschool years. I forgot the beauty of the Columbia River basin! Quite the spectacular place. We stopped at a few locations that I knew from my childhood, Multnomah Falls being a great one. Mollie was rather suprised to find such a gem so close to the freeway.

Sunbathing Constitution
However, our society has created and changed laws that essentially update and modify the Bill of Rights in order to adapt to changing technologies, and most people haven’t even realized it. The Patriot Act notwithstanding, many of the laws our country have been designed with the understanding that situations have changed since the Bill was ratified in 1791. For instance, freedom of the press has been adjusted for national security concerns, as well as the fact that paparazzi with telephoto lenses can catch celebrities sunbathing nude from 500 yards.

My Friends Are Smarter Than I Am
Congratulations to Gwen on her new bookI know, I know… hardly bears repeating. But it’s so, and here’s why… tonight, I’m going to a book release party for my friend Gwen’s debut novel, Diary of a South Beach Party Girl. You should buy 3 times, like, a million copies.

Beach Impeach
Click through for the beach impeach picture.
Regardless of whether or not it’s effective, this pix is pretty damn cool! Can we do similarly in Virginia Beach?

Great Beaches In The Bahamas
If you travel to The BahamasXanadu Beach is a popular tourist destination located in Freeport. There are a variety of activities available, including water sports such as parasailing and beach sports such as volleyball. Because of the pleasant atmosphere, the beach also attracts a local crowd, in addition to tourists. This beach is not uncomfortably crowded, and although it attracts enough people to have an active social scene, it is large enough that there is room to enjoy a bit of solitude.
