Sihanoukville
If you're in Cambodia, check out the beach at Sihanoukville.
Cambodia is not only Angkor Wat, temples, and Angkorian history and culture. On the southern part of the country is Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s “beach town” or “port community” which sits in the center of a small peninsula jutting into the gulf of Thailand.

Kerala
If you want a fantastically green beach, try Kerala in India.
Kerala is most visited for it’s backwaters. A setting for the book “God of Small Things,” it is home to fantastically green, fresh leafy waters seen by wooden canoe. Here you can spot Kingfishers, peacocks and people washing their children and clothes in the water. Not at the same time. We hired a boat to take us on this relaxing trip early in the day before it got too hot.

Backpacker Mecca
A beach party at Airlie Beach in Australia.
Since we have been here we have met some wonderful, colourful and downright mad people. Our room on the first night was classic. A lovely English girl and a mad Irish couple of girls one sporing a black eye. Needless to say we went out with them partying. It was pretty messy. I got shouted at by a mad girl and chased from the club. Until this day I still have no idea why she did it. We have also down the inevitable karaoke here and visited a beach party. When the website decides to behave pictures up to illustrate my point! The weirdest experience has to be the one on Saturday Night.

Dems In Virginia Beach!
From a post on Virginia Beach, DUIs, and politics.
Moral of the story: Let’s just get some Democrats elected in Virginia Beach. I’ve only lived here for 1.5 years and I’m already sick of the stupid GOPper games. What a waste!

Views Of Waitpinga Beach
Waitpinga Beach near Victor Harbor in South Australia is just over an hour’s drive south of our state capital city, Adelaide. Waitpinga is a long wide sandy beach facing south. On most days there is a fairly decent surf rolling in from the Southern Ocean. This makes this a popular beach with surfers.
