Boundary Waters Trip: Part One

Some of you may have noticed I was gone for a few days late last week through the weekend. I was in the BWCA (Boundary Waters Canoe Area for those not quite familiar) in northeast Minnesota. I try to make it either there or Isle Royal once a year. Last year I wasn't able to make it due to fires in the area I was going to. This year that same area had a large fire last August and also this May.
